For over five years, Mr. Maids owner Rick Bills has built a solid reputation as the Phoenix areas most trusted cleaning service. Rick is committed to providing quality service to the community. He believes that a reputation as an honest and reliable business is the recipe for success. While others seek to profit by cutting corners, or recommending unnecessary services to customers, Rick believes that a good reputation and consistent service will reap bigger profits in the long run. By being trustworthy, Rick believes that he will enjoy a long term profitable business that serves the community.

Rick has been an Arizona resident for forty years. He spent 6 of those years outside Arizona serving his country in the U.S. Navy. Upon returning to Arizona, he worked as a Feild Service Engineer in the semiconductor business. Followed by a decade as a successful Realtor in the Phoenix area. A desire to run his own business along with his background in keeping things ship shape, troubleshooting and marketing homes easily translated to the founding of Mr. Maids.
